We guarantee that your information will be utilized responsibly. We do not share client information with third parties under any circumstances.


Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.


At this time, Gwen Beloti Collection ships merchandise to locations within the United States only. All international order inquiries and potential placements must be placed via phone. The Gwen Beloti Collection will determine if said international orders can be placed. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Order processing for all non-international orders begins the same day the order is placed if received before 12 noon EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders received after 12 noon EST Monday-Friday or on holidays will be processed the following business day.  Order processing confirms receipt and payment of order.


Gwen Beloti Collection pieces are exclusive and limited, currently sold only on our website. 


Gwen Beloti Collection consists of the following collections: Gwen Beloti and GB by Gwen Beloti.  We also sell sample items and run a series of sales.

Gwen Beloti and GB by Gwen Beloti item orders: These items typically ship within 10 business days (excluding holidays). As some of our items are made to order (made once order is placed), please allow up to two weeks for shipment.  Occasionally, an item that you've ordered may be readily available in which case it will ship sooner.  Estimated ship out time frame for every item is noted in the product description on the product page.  Customers are welcome to inquire about the potential shipping time frame prior to placing the order.

  • Gwen Beloti items are eligible for exchange only in the form of store credit.
  • GB by Gwen Beloti items are eligible for return (monetary refund), even exchange or store credit.  


All Items/Orders: Once your order is processed (order receipt and payment is confirmed), we will notify you via email to reconfirm your order.   We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for standard shipping.  Delivery times may vary depending on the location the items are being shipped to.  For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  If you've ordered multiple items and the shipping time frame is different for each item (as noted on the product page), your entire order will ship out within the time frame for the item requiring the longest period for shipment and packing. With standard shipping most orders arrive within 3 business days (post shipment date). Please allow up to 5 business days post ship date for receipt/delivery of your item.

When your order leaves our facility you will be sent an email with a tracking number for the order.  You may use this number to track your package online by visiting:  If you created an online account you can check the status of your order under "MY ACCOUNT" at:  Tracking information via will be available once the order leaves our facility and is prepared for shipment.  Please note that it may take at least 24 hours before tracking information appears. The estimated number of days for delivery is counted from the day of shipment.  Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays).   If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via a Shipment Status email notification.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express) and Paypal.  Credit card information is verified prior to order processing.  Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

* Only items purchased at our online store are eligible for returns/exchanges. We regret we cannot process returns/exchanges for items purchased on any other website, or in retail stores.


Merchandise must be returned unworn and undamaged with tickets/tags attached and boxes and/or dust bags enclosed. Exchanges must be postmarked within 5 business days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.

Gwen Beloti pieces - eligible for even exchange only (same item). Not eligible for store credit.

GB by Gwen Beloti pieces - eligible for even exchange (same item), store credit or return (monetary refund).

Even Exchange: Once we’ve received your item(s) in the mail provided they are in unworn/undamaged condition if you are doing an even exchange (i.e. ordering a different size) we will begin to process your new order.  Shipping costs must be paid by the customer, prior to the exchanged item being shipped out to customer.

Store Credit (GB by Gwen Beloti pieces only): Once we’ve received your item(s) in the mail provided they are in unworn/undamaged condition we will email you your store credit code. Your credit value will be equivalent to the cost of the item(s) at time of purchase. Your store credit code will be good for up to 1 year at

Not eligible for refund: Gwen Beloti Collection items.

Orders eligible for refund will be refunded to the original payment method used (credit card, paypal).

Merchandise must be returned unworn and undamaged with tickets/tags, boxes and/or dust bags enclosed. Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.

Once we’ve received your item(s) in the mail provided they are in unworn/undamaged condition we will process your refund.

Once your product is returned to our facility, the credit/refund for the returned item(s) will be processed via the form of the original payment (credit card, paypal).

The availability of funds in your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to clear the funds (often up to 3 business days). Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.


Please email with subject “Return Exchange” and note your order invoice #. Please also provide the product # for the item(s) you’re returning as noted on your order invoice.

We will send you a Return/Exchange form within 48 hours. The form will include a return to address for you to send your item(s) to along with instructions. Please send your return/exchange through an insured service carrier.  We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Please refer to your order invoice that was included in your order confirmation email. You will need to refer to information from your invoice to process your return. If you misplaced it please email us and we’ll assist you in obtaining another one. A copy of the invoice can only be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Without the invoice (sales receipt), the return will be processed in the form of an exchange or merchandise credit for the item(s) most current selling price.

*Shipping and handling charges and sales tax and duties paid at time of order purchase are not refundable or eligible for store credit.

Gift Receipt Items: If you received an item as a gift that is eligible for a return/exchange and you wish to return it, your return is eligible for same item exchange (Gwen Beloti pieces) or store credit (GB by Gwen Beloti pieces). You must have your gift receipt. Item(s) must be returned and received by Gwen Beloti Collection within 12 days of the delivery date to the purchaser. Your store credit will be equivalent to the value of the item(s) at the time of original purchase. You can contact us to inquire about the value of your gifted order as the price(s) are not noted on a gift receipt (invoice), please reference your invoice number when you contact us.
