Ordering and Shipping
ONCE YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER
Order processing begins the same day the order is placed if received before 12 noon EST on a business day. Gwen Beloti Collection business days are Monday-Thursday. *business days exclude holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Orders received after 12 noon EST Monday-Thursday or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. Order processing confirms receipt and payment of order; once approved, is followed by the preparation of your order.
To allot for sufficient time to prepare each order our order preparation window for most orders is 5 days.
All fine jewelry orders are made-to-order and processed within 2 to 4 weeks.
Please note the lead time for specific products on each product page. Select items take longer to prepare, ie custom an personalized designs.
If you need your item sooner you can upgrade your shipping at checkout for faster delivery. You order processing time will remain the same.
Once your order is fully processed and ready to be shipped you will be notified via a shipping and tracking update email. You may track your package with the information provided in your shipment email. Please note that it may take at least 24-48 hours before tracking information appears. If you created an online account at gwenbeloti.com you can check the status of your order under "MY ACCOUNT".
We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. See shipping options and delivery times below.
All fine jewelry orders are shipped express mail with a signature required upon delivery.
*If you place an order that includes demi-fine and fine jewelry, your orders will ship separately.
If you would like your order sooner, opt for a quicker shipping method at checkout. Please note, that does not change the order processing time. We still adhere to production and processing times as noted on the product page.
You receiving your order is of utmost important to us. Please know that we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Keep in mind we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers and on a rare occasion, a package can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). At this time Gwen Beloti Collection ships merchandise to locations within the United States only.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Gwen Beloti Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
We highly recommend all customers opt in for shipping insurance on the cart page before checking out. Insurance will cover orders that are delivered unsuccessfully.
Every individual item comes in a dustbag and a jewelry box. When ordering multiple items each individual item comes in a dustbag and may be packaged together in the same jewelry box to limit the number of boxes used and reduce waste.
If you are ordering your items as gifts (we love it) leave us a note on the cart page and we will package each item in your order in a dustbag and a individual jewelry box.
Orders are eligible for interest free installment payments via afterpay, affirm, and shoppay. For eligible orders this payment option will appear on the checkout page.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express), Paypal, Google, and Amazon Pay.
We hope that you are pleased with your order but should you need to return an item we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
Unworn, undamaged, unaltered items with original tags (if any) and packaging (box and pouch included), and no signs of wear are eligible for return. Items will be inspected upon return.
An item return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item was delivered, via our return portal.
Your return package must then be postmarked within 3 days from the time that your return request was submitted.
Once your returned item(s) have been delivered to us, upon review and approval, if eligible, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment processed. Refund processing can take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution or payment processor.

If your return request is received after the 15 day window it will be eligible for exchange or store credit only between day 16 and 20. Return requests received beyond 20 days from delivery date are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return fees. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. Details on how to return your item are provided when your return request is processed and approved.

If you would like to exchange your item you will have the option to exchange it for the same style. To exchange an item the request must be made within 20 days from the time your order was delivered. The Refund terms outlined above apply (ie unworn, tags attached, etc.).
Once we receive your item(s) and approve it as acceptable for exchange, your new order will be processed.
Please note we do not cover the cost for you to ship your original item back to us. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance to your returned order. We are not responsible for an unsuccessful delivery or for orders that are damaged in transit to us.

You will have the option to process your return in the form of store credit. For return requests made beyond 15 days and up to 20 days, an exchange or store credit are the only options. Store credit will be issued via a gift card equivalent to the cost of the item(s) being returned, at time of purchase. Store credit will not include any shipping fees. Your store credit/gift card do not expire.

We do not have the ability to change or modify orders.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
We pride ourselves on providing optimal quality. We also share very detailed care instructions for our jewelry so that your pieces can last you long term.
We currently will repair, replace, or offer store credit for pieces purchased directly from us that exhibit abnormal discoloration within one year. We will also repair most damaged chain links. If a piece can not be repaired we will offer a replacement. If the original design is no longer available we'll offer you a style of similar design and equal value or issue you store credit.
Please note this guarantee does not include physical damage as a result of normal or extreme wear and tear on part of the customer. We reserve the right to deny repairs or returns/ exchanges that we deem unreasonable.
If we are able to repair your piece we will provide next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take between 4-6 weeks to process depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs are subject to shipping fees.
All pieces undergo meticulous review prior to shipping to the customer. In the event your piece is damaged we will work with you to resolve the issue. The piece will need to be sent back to us for review.
To submit a repair inquiry for an item purchased on gwenbeloti.com please email email@example.com. Include your order number, a description and image of the damage. We will respond within three business days.
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
We do our best to ensure that the products on our site are described accurately and without error. Periodically there may be information on GwenBeloti.com that contains inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors that may relate to product descriptions, pricing & availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions apply even after your order has been placed.
We currently ships to all 50 states. All orders, standard and expedited are shipped and delivered via USPS.
International Orders: we do not ship internationally from GwenBeloti.com.
If you place an order for a Gwen Beloti item on another platform you would follow their terms, conditions and policies. We do not manage orders placed outside of GwenBeloti.com.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders. Offers are only applicable at the the time of purchase and while the offer is active.
